Holy Week Schedule 2022

Palm Sunday – Normal Sunday Masses with Blessing of Palm Crosses

Holy Week Daily Masses – 10am and 7pm (Monday and Tuesday)

Spy Wednesday – 10am Mass, NO Evening Mass (Chrism Mass in the Cathedral at 7.30pm)

Holy Thursday

No Morning Mass, Mass of the Lord’s Supper at 7pm in SS John and Paul Church

Hour of Prayer at 9pm in Mary Immaculate Church

Good Friday

Stations of the Cross at 12noon in Mary Immaculate Church

Celebration of the Passion at 3pm in Mary Immaculate Church

Celebration of the Passion at 6pm in SS John and Paul Church

(Annual Good Friday Appeal to support Trocaire will be taken up at the Good Friday Ceremonies)

Holy Saturday

Blessing of Polish Food at 12noon in SS John and Paul Church

Confessions from 12-1pm in Both Church’s

Easter Vigil and Easter Sunday Masses

Easter Vigil at 7.30pm in SS John and Paul Church

Easter Vigil at 8.30pm in Mary Immaculate Church

Dawn Mass at 6am in Ilaunmanagh Cemetery

Easter Sunday Masses at 9am and 11am in Mary Immaculate Church, and

10am and 12.15pm in SS John and Paul Church

(Priest’s Easter Collection will be taken up at all Easter Masses)

Easter Week Masses

10am Monday to Friday in Mary Immaculate Church and 7pm Thursday in Mary Immaculate Church.

Sunday Masses continue on Friday at 7pm through to 12.15pm on Sunday
