In the name of public safety the parish has to comply. It’s my hope we will be in a better position before Summer ends to celebrate Confirmation. I recognise many are annoyed and upset at this directive from the government at relatively short notice, given your support and preparation to your parish, school and family. At the same time, you have and continue to be responsible, and we will celebrate your Confirmation as soon as we get the go ahead.
